Job Description

• The Role-holder will primarily be responsible for sales and drive the sales business plan of the
• assigned projects to achieve the desired set sales objectives.


• To maintain and develop business as well as to push sales with assigned, existing Banks and Business Partners
• To motivate and strongly support Banks/Business Partners to make sales
• To conduct and facilitate regular training programs / Train and support the partners’ sales team on insurance products and sales skills as well as conduct FFS for partners’ sales team
• Excellent relationship management skills should be able to build cordial & fruitful relationship with Banks/Business Partners
• Ensuring business reports in a correct and timely manner
• To up-sell from existing clients generated by Banks/Business Partners
• Market, competitors update to advise/ propose sales scheme and new business To perform any other tasks that might be required by the company from time to time

Job Requirements

University graduated;
• Over 3 year experience in Insurance, Banking or financial service;
• Strong ability to work unaccompanied, with a desire to achieve results;
• A positive mental attitude;
• Demonstrable sales ability and good presentation skills;
• Confidence in approaching people where no initial relationship exists;
• An willingness to accept responsibility and drive decisive sales focused activity;
• Demonstrable ability in leadership and management of managers;
