Mô tả công việc The Product trainer’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Training jobs

– Analyze training need and make training plan

– Conduct training, directly deliver training

– Monitor SVC employee training history

– Evaluate SVC man product knowledge

– Study and update product knowledge

– Translate and update SCS, SVC Bulletin

– SVC manual updating

2. Network operation

– Check & analyze failure KPI

– Provide technical support to ASC

– Quality check and report

– Provide and manage diagnosis KIT

– Defective part investigation and report

3. Other jobs assigned by Leader at any time

Yêu cầu công việc – University graduate with Bachelor degree

– At least 2 year working experience in a similar position

– Good communication and presentation skills

– Good computer skills (Microsoft package)

– Have customer-oriented mind-set

– Working with high sense of responsibility and ownership
