THE JOB BRIEF Job summary

Lead a team in RMS DA to achieve Quality target base on Nielsen standard, planned financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, lead and control the activities and resources within the area of operation (including data collection, data processing, data analysis or quality control) in order to provide the highest possible quality of information and processing support within the approved schedule, cost and specifications
  • Plan, schedule and establish workflow within the area of operation with regular monitor in order to meet the overall schedule of the assigned project
  • Manage resources effectively (including manpower allocation) to ensure a more effective and efficient discharge of department’s function as well as achieving operational targets of the business
  • Discuss special requirements and provide technical advice to client service counterparts or clients related to the specialized area
  • Achieve delivery schedules with ongoing emphasis to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness
  • Ensure regular updates between different operation teams to ensure process and procedures are aligned
  • Ensure data and systems back-up are created and maintained
  • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements within area of responsibility
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • College graduate (BA / BS desired)
  • 6 to 10 years Data Collection / Data Processing / Data Analysis / Quality Control experience desired

Preferred Skills       

  • Knowledge of market research industry and statistics or retail audit experience
  • Supervisory skills (at least 4 years in supervisory positions)
  • Project management skills
  • Logical thinking skills
  • Communications skills
