Contract duration: 7 months
- Review a promotion notification to ensure compliance with internal policy and legal provisions; directly liaise with relevant Government Agent for further guidance for issues that are not clearly provided under the law/regulations.
- Manage courier process to ensure timeline deliver notifications and collect post receipt.
- Review all the agreement minutes which are not promotions such as display CVS, write-off RGB…
- Work with Tax Team to provide the guidelines, Legal advocacies and internal policies to Sales and Marketing regarding promotional issues.
Contract review, Legal advice:
- Join the meeting to discuss the legal matters with distributors/key accounts/MT/ suppliers/ contractors;
- Analyze and evaluate all potential risks, especially competition & advertising compliance;
- Do legal research to find out all the applicable laws and relevant case laws;
- Contact PIC to adjust the terms to make them suitable while still protecting Company at the best.
- Create and communicate a clear and compelling to multiple departments;
- Provide the legal advice and make the decision;
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
LDMS Administration and Legal Intranet
– Identify the manual processes which are able to automation;
– Collect the detailed requirement of relevant departments;
– Work with IT team, 3rd party to implement the transformation;
– Test the system before go-live;
– Follow up and maintain the smooth running of the new system;
– Guide users how to use and prepare the guidance material;
– Manage Legal Document Management System (LDMS) and to be the business system administration;
– Do relevant statistics as business requirements.
– Manage Intranet and to be the administration of the page;
– Update the page according to the request of Legal Team
– Guide user how to use.
- Do functional work to maintain the operation of Legal Dept. such as: registering Legal research account, maintaining Legal library, holding the teambuilding, booking stationery…
- MKT material review to ensure them to be in line with the laws and internal process.
- Support to provide training to other business teams related to assigned job.
- Other jobs as assigned by Line Manager and Head of Legal.
