  Your role is to execute the organization’s talent attraction strategy through actively attracting, selecting talents and promoting its brand as an employer of choice.

Recruitment (80%)

 

Receive job hiring request, understand its requirements

 

Create job posting in various channels (job sites, staffing/executive searching service, referral.) to attract applicants

 

Screen and recommend qualified candidates to hiring manager

 

Coordinate interviews, discuss and obtain candidate assessment from interviewers and provide feedback to candidates

 

Monitor time-to-fill and manage to have it at desired level

 

Manage candidate records to Avature recruitment management system to ensure a rich pool of potential candidates

 

Conduct reference check for potential candidates

 

Research and establish candidate mapping

 

Organize Orientation Day for new hires

 

Constantly develop and maintain relationship with recruitment stakeholders: hiring managers, HRBPs (internal); job sites, staffing/executive search agencies (external)

Employer branding
Involve in employer branding programs (e.g: INKOMPASS, a global internship program, candidate referral program)

General and Administration (20%)

 

Maintain HR related data, including but not limited to: onboarding, training schedule and record

 

Arrange logistics for training activities

 

Keep track of HR budget and expenses

 

Involve in selecting vendor process (for HR department)

 

Be in charge of claiming expenses for HR department

 

Book flight ticket and hotel HR team’s travels

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

 

Have good English competency, fluent in speaking

Requirements

 

Have good English competency, fluent in speaking

 

Possess good communication skills

 

Be well-organized, logical/analytical

 

Have driven and can-do attitude, curiosity in learning on job and improving oneself

 

Have experience in headhunting/executive search service is an advantage

 

The job is priorizted for candidates who can start to work on Jan 2018
